Why HYLR?
Many women have learned to measure themselves from the outside.
By other people's gaze. By comparison. By what functions, what fits, what is expected.
Partner. Mother. Leader. The roles are real. Often they overlay everything else – until your own voice grows quiet.
Many seek self-trust outside themselves. Recognition. Confirmation. Performance. Perfection.
HYLR shows another way.
Trust in your own perception. In your own feeling. In your own voice. In your own truth.
This page is not here to teach you. Not to judge you. Not to analyse you. It is here to say: That is exactly what I feel.
What HYLR is – and what it is not
HYLR is not a women's wellness retreat. Not a yoga retreat. Not a goddess retreat. Not a self-discovery journey.
HYLR is the first initiation on the NORDVAKA women's path. The same depth, seriousness and authenticity as RAUKR.
No healing promises. No esoterica. No Instagram spirituality.
HYLR reminds.
Of primal strength. Of intuition. Of the body. Of what you still sense beneath all the noise.
Away from
- comparing and functioning
- seeking self-trust outside
- living against your own body
- perfection and performance
Towards
- trust in your own perception
- feeling feminine primal strength
- sensing boundaries
- authenticity and inner calm
The Veil
The veil is what stands between you and your own depth – not because you are weak, but because you had to function for a long time.
Feminine strength is not volume. Not dominance. Not hardness. It lies in feeling. In recognising. In sensing boundaries. In trusting your own heart.
This strength was always there.
HYLR creates space to cross the veil in silence, in nature and in a circle of women – at your pace. Not to become someone new. But to recognise yourself again.
What awaits you?
Three days in Nordic nature. Not an off-the-shelf programme – a space for real encounter, embodiment and silence:
Shadow Work
Ancestral Line
Embodiment
Breathwork
Fire Circle
Nature Time
Circle of Women
The Body as Remembrance
The body is not a tool. The body is remembrance.
Many women have learned to live against their body. To optimise it. To judge it. To override it when it speaks too loudly.
HYLR invites you to live with it again. Not to become more beautiful. Not more capable. But to experience it as home again.
Your body carries more than you can put into words. It knows of tension, of holding back, of what you were not allowed to feel for a long time.
HYLR does not go through effort – but through presence.
- Somatic work
- Breath and voice
- Movement and grounding
- Nervous system
When you stop working against yourself, what is there shows itself. The body becomes a gate again – not to perfection, but to your own truth.
Nature as Teacher
Nature is not a backdrop. It is part of the path.
The forest teaches silence. It does not ask who you are – it lets you feel.
Water teaches depth. It mirrors what you long avoided seeing.
Fire teaches clarity. It does not forgive – but it shows.
Earth teaches grounding. It carries without judging.
HYLR takes place in this landscape – not beside it.
The Circle of Women
Women meet. Without masks. Without roles. Without competition. Without judgement.
No promise that everything heals. No sisterhood cliché.
A space where each woman may simply be.
Trust does not grow through words – but through what may be held in the circle without being explained.
The Ancestral Line
Behind you stand women you knew – and women you never met. Mother. Grandmother. Those who lived, carried, stayed silent, held on before you.
HYLR opens a space where this line may become tangible again. Not as staging. Not as esoterica. But as something real that lives on in you.
You carry more than your own story.
HYLR invites you to recognise that – and to enter into relationship with it in quiet.
The Nordic Women's Path
HYLR is not the destination. HYLR is the first gate.
The path continues – inward. Not as training stages, but as development:
HYLR
The first gate. Remembrance begins.
Remembrance
What seemed forgotten still lives in you.
Intuition
Trust in your own perception grows.
Seiðr
The old Nordic art of deepening your perception. Listening to the signs of nature. Holding silence. Seeing yourself truthfully again. No magic. No witch language.
Völva
Not a goal to achieve. A symbol: a woman who trusts her perception. Who rests within. Who walks her path – clear, not loud.
HYLR is the first step on this path.
The Schedule
Friday – Arrival
You step out of everyday life. Arrival, first circle. The body is allowed to settle. Forest and earth receive you – still, without judgement.
Saturday – The Veil
The core day. Shadow work, embodiment, rituals. Time alone by the water and in the forest. In the evening the fire circle – a moment of clarity.
Sunday – Remembrance
The morning brings calm. You take with you what has shown itself. At the end there is no solution – but the possibility of being with yourself again.
Who is HYLR for?
For women who sense there is more than functioning – and who seek a path that does not optimise, but reminds.
For women who:
seek self-trust outside – and sense the answer lies elsewhere
have lived against their body – and want to feel it as home again
are tired of comparison – and seek inner calm
want initiation – not a wellness weekend
You need no prior experience. HYLR is the entry – the first gate on the Nordic women's path.
HYLR is remembrance
Not the destination. The beginning.
The first gate back to your own primal strength.
