Hosting & server logs

The website is run by our hosting provider (lima-city). When you visit, technically necessary data is processed (e.g. IP address, time, requested file, browser) as needed to provide and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host may set a technically necessary cookie for this.

Contact form (FormSubmit)

When you write to us via the form, your details (name, email, optional phone, interest, message) are forwarded to our inbox via the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Data may be transferred to the USA. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). We keep inquiries only as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal obligations.

Fonts (Google Fonts)

To display the site we load the fonts Cinzel and Inter from Google servers. Your IP address is transmitted to Google (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, consistent display).

Consent & local storage

We store your choice from the cookie banner locally in your browser (localStorage). You can change it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Google Analytics 4

Only if you click “Accept” do we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how the site is used. IP addresses are truncated. Data may be transferred to the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

YouTube background video

The home page plays a background video embedded through YouTube's extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com, Google Ireland Limited). It is only loaded after your consent. Your IP address is transmitted to YouTube. Without consent you see a still image instead.

SAMBAND waiting list

If you sign up for the waiting list on the SAMBAND page, your email address is only transmitted directly to MailerLite when you submit. You confirm your address by double opt-in. We use it to inform you about dates and news about SAMBAND. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

MailerLite

Also only after consent we load MailerLite for newsletter forms and on-site messages. If you request the free eBook, you sign up directly with MailerLite; their privacy policy applies.

Appointment booking (meetergo)

For the intro call we embed a booking calendar from the provider meetergo on the “Intro call” page. The calendar is only loaded once you click “Load booking calendar”. Technical data such as your IP address is then transmitted to meetergo. If you book an appointment, meetergo processes your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number, chosen time) so that we can hold the call with you. The legal basis is your consent through the click and the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). More in meetergo’s privacy information.

Shop (Printify)

Our shop is run through the service Printify. On our “Shop” page we show product images stored on our own server and links to the products. Only when you click a link do you leave our website and enter the shop. There, your data for ordering, payment and shipping is processed by the shop operator and by Printify. Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU. The privacy information in the shop applies.

Links to Instagram

We link to Instagram. Data is only transferred when you click such a link.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Contact us at the address above.
