What ELDRMANNR really is
ELDRMANNR means “fire man”, the man who has finally kindled his inner fire and will carry it from now on. Nothing is spared here. Everything is completed.
In this last gate, the path brings together:
- The deepest shamanic work of the entire path
- Teaching and applying real shamanic tools: runes, drum, smoke, ancestor connection
- The conscious confrontation with your last hidden depth
- The great initiation at the fire
- A special night that belongs only to you and the Norwegian wilderness
Especially powerful is drinking from the sacred spring where the old Vikings once drank. A direct moment of connection to the powers of our forebears.

How remote is ELDRMANNR?
Very. Six days and nights in untouched Norwegian wilderness: no cabins, no signal, no civilisation. You are completely on your own, with the forest, the mountains and the fire.
Who can take part?
Men who have already completed RAUKR and HJARNVEGR. ELDRMANNR is the highest and most demanding part of the path and demands absolute readiness.
How does the waiting list work?
There are no fixed dates for HJARNVEGR and ELDRMANNR yet. Once the minimum number of participants is reached, we announce the first dates. If you join the waiting list, you will be the first to know. It is non-binding.
What about my health?
Cold, breathwork and time in nature can be physically and emotionally demanding. Tell us in your application if you have health limitations, take medication or are currently under heavy emotional strain. Then we clarify together whether and how you can take part. In an acute crisis, please seek professional help first.
What does a retreat cost, and how are accommodation and meals handled?
Price, accommodation, meals and packing list differ by retreat. Write to us briefly about the date you are interested in, and you will receive all the details.
